Your kindness and   patience with mum over those years has been wonderful and a great reflection on the general care within Hartland House, which I feel is outstanding. I felt particularly blessed with the amazing care mum received in her final days and hours. The gentleness, compassion and love shown to mum was exceptional and was a great joy to witness during such a difficult period for [my family] and me. I would not have wished for mum to be anywhere else in the   world! [My family] and I felt completely surrounded by love and support during mums final few days which helped us cope with our loss enormously.'
